Partner Brian Ginsberg, leader of Harris Beach Murtha’s Appellate Practice Group, is part of a panel discussing “Appellate Practice: Beyond Brief Writing and Oral Argument,” at the New York State Bar Association’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section spring meeting.
