Jared Kasschau, Harris Beach Murtha partner and Nassau County Democratic Committee Law Counsel, will present a CLE for the Nassau County Bar Association titled, “Court Orders for Voting and Other Issues at the Polls.” on October 7, 2026. A description of the session is below:
This program will train attorneys to prepare an application to permit a person to vote, including the questions to ask a prospective voter to form the basis for a court to forgive a missing registration. Panelists will also discuss other polling place issues that may arise on Election Day.
This program is appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
