Brian Ginsberg, Partner and Appellate Practice Group Chair will present an upcoming CLE, “The Business, Commercial, and White-Collar Decisions,” for the Albany County Bar Association. Brian will be joined by Victor Paladino of the Office of the New York State Solicitor General, and Tim Hoover of Hoover & Durland LLP. They will discuss some of the Court’s recent significant business, commercial, and white-collar cases, as well as decisions already issued during the 2023-2024 term, preview cases remaining on the Court’s docket, and highlight lower-court cases that may be headed to the Court in the near future.
